JRH ASI Invests in U.S.-Based DistrictORG Inc. to Drive AI-Powered Education

JRH ASI, a publicly traded investment company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, has announced a strategic investment in DistrictORG Inc., a U.S.-based company pioneering AI-native educational platforms. Following the successful pilot of CampusAI in Poland, DistrictORG is now set to expand its global footprint.

DistrictORG’s flagship initiative integrates cutting-edge artificial intelligence and digital twin technology to revolutionize skill development. The platform blends AI education with innovation and creativity hubs, collaborating with universities, local governments, and businesses to foster talent and enable organizational transformation in the era of “Human+AI.”

“This investment underscores our commitment to projects centered around artificial intelligence,” said January Ciszewski, President and major shareholder of JRH ASI. “Joining this innovative, impactful project aligns with our strategy and positions us at the forefront of transformative educational technologies.”

Under a SAFE contract, JRH ASI has provided $492,000 in funding, convertible into shares during the next financing round. JRH plans to scale its investment up to $5 million based on DistrictORG’s progress.

DistrictORG aims to upskill 50 million individuals globally in AI by 2030, create 40 localized innovation hubs with one million paid members, and deploy its proprietary DistrictEngine™ technology to enable customizable virtual spaces for organizations.

This partnership represents the convergence of AI, EdTech, gaming, and metaverse industries, targeting a valuation milestone of a billion-dollar unicorn by 2030.
