Germany claims that the number of illegal entries into the country is decreasing. At the same time, however, it admits that more and more migrants… are being transferred to Poland. The official statistics are truly shocking.
Since October 2023, Germany has been conducting checks at the border with Poland, officially to stop illegal migration. In 2024, the most frequent illegal entries into Germany involved Ukrainian citizens (over 5,400, which accounted for 33.5% of all cases). They were followed by citizens of Afghanistan (nearly 2,200), Syria (nearly 1,700), and Somalia (778). In 2023, German authorities documented 11,881 illegal border crossings by individuals with ties to Belarus. In 2024, this number dropped to 4,888, with only 536 cases recorded from the beginning of the year through May.
This Is How Many Times Germany Transferred Migrants to Us
Despite the decrease in illegal entries, the number and proportion of people turned back from Germany and sent to Poland is rising. In 2023, this happened 1,711 times. A year later, entry to the Federal Republic of Germany was denied and migrants were transferred to Poland on 9,387 occasions. In 2024, through May, the figure stood at 2,765. This means that from 2023 through the end of May 2024, Germany transferred migrants to Poland a total of 13,863 times.
And this is precisely why the Border Defense Movement was founded — to protect the Polish-German border from what Germany has by now mastered almost to perfection.
