“We will get to the bottom of what is happening within Civic Platform when it comes to pedophilia and bestiality. These are such horrific matters that they are rightly afraid of them,” said Przemysław Czarnek, Vice President of Law and Justice, on Wednesday. In his view, clarifying this issue will lead to the downfall of Donald Tusk’s party.
In March 2026, long-time Civic Coalition activist Kamila L. was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months in prison. The court found her guilty of failing to provide assistance to her underage daughter, who had been a victim of pedophilic crimes committed by Kamila L.’s husband, Przemysław, who had previously been sentenced to 25 years in prison for pedophilic and bestial acts.
Kamila L. was also found guilty of engaging in sexual acts with animals, which the Penal Code classifies as animal abuse. She had appeared publicly with many influential Civic Coalition politicians, including Deputy Speaker of the Sejm Monika Wielichowska.
“This is a very serious scandal that, in my opinion, will sink Civic Platform,” Przemysław Czarnek stated on Wednesday on TV Republika. He recalled that several years earlier, during a parliamentary debate on a vote of no confidence, he had said of the party’s activists that “they should be feared.”
“That is because these people from Civic Platform, mayors from Civic Platform, are funding, with enormous amounts of public money, associations and organizations that deal with deeply disturbing matters. […] I listed programs that were funded, for example, by Rafał Trzaskowski, as well as the Labirynt Gallery in Lublin, funded by the city’s mayor, Krzysztof Żuk. I mentioned programs that, even by name alone, were simply perverse. This is an environment of people who truly have a lot on their conscience, financing such circles that engage in shameless, disturbing, criminal, and inhumane actions against children and animals […]”
he said.
In his opinion, Donald Tusk’s party is “terrified” of this issue. “When Anna Gębicka spoke at the beginning of the last Sejm session, I followed her and said that Civic Platform had been struck by sheer fear. No one even stood up, no one reacted. They have orders from Tusk to remain silent about this. This cannot be silenced. We will not remain silent. We will get to the bottom of what is happening within Civic Platform when it comes to pedophilia and bestiality. These are such horrific matters that they are rightly afraid of them,” he said.
“I guarantee that pedophilia within Civic Platform, among people associated with Civic Platform, will be fully clarified. And I am already convinced, after these past few days, as this issue is being publicized also on TV Republika. As the internet and social media are practically flooded with information about it, clarifying this matter will lead to the end of Civic Platform,”
he added.
