The Civic Coalition addressed the issue today on X, posting a highly shocking comment:

“Judicial deform in practice: a verdict for TRIPLE MURDER overturned because the case was heard by a neo-judge! We warned, we protested, we appealed. Now all Poles are bearing the consequences of Zbigniew Ziobro’s madness,”

Former Minister of National Defence Mariusz Błaszczak quickly responded. The politician emphasized that “Platforma/Civic Coalition is overjoyed because a politicized judge has overturned a verdict in a triple murder case.”

“Are you happy that the family will have to relive the trauma of another trial? It’s Tusk’s team that led to a situation where a small group of judges can now feel even more omnipotent and unaccountable as a caste,”

he concluded.
