    Piotr Sałajczyk to Perform at Paderewski Monument in Warsaw

    Pianist Piotr Sałajczyk will perform at Warsaw’s Ujazdowski Park on July 13 as part of the Paderewski Festival.

    Renowned pianist Piotr Sałajczyk will perform on Saturday, July 13, at 4 PM by the Paderewski Monument in Ujazdowski Park, Warsaw. The open-air concert is part of the second Paderewski Festival at Ujazdów, celebrating the works of Ignacy Jan Paderewski and other notable composers.

    Diverse Repertoire

    Over the course of 11 concerts, the festival will feature pieces by Paderewski, Juliusz Zarębski, Karol Szymanowski, Mikołaj Majkusiak, Witold Lutosławski, Grażyna Bacewicz, Wojciech Kilar, Ludomir Różycki, Karol Kurpiński, Miłosz Magin, Aleksander Tansman, Kazimierz Sierocki, and George Gershwin.

    Relaxed Atmosphere

    The Paderewski Festival aims to honor the legendary pianist, composer, diplomat, and co-founder of Polish independence, while also offering a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon in the serene setting of Ujazdowski Park. Organizers encourage attendees to bring picnic blankets, invite family and friends, and enjoy a cultural and social afternoon.

    Acclaimed Career

    Piotr Sałajczyk, an active concert pianist, has performed with the National Philharmonic, NOSPR, Sinfonia Varsovia, Sinfonia Iuventus, AUKSO, and Sinfonietta Cracovia. He teaches piano at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice and has studied at Salzburg’s Mozarteum.
