    Poland’s U17 national team in group A

On Monday, the groups for the European Championships of Poland’s under-17 national soccer team were drawn. The young players will face a tough challenge, with hosts Hungary, Ireland, and Wales set to compete in the tournament. Poland will have to use their skill and determination to make it out of the group stage.

Sixteen teams will compete in the upcoming tournament, with Poland’s U17 placed in Group A alongside hosts Hungary, Wales, and Ireland. While the names may not strike fear into opponents, both Wales and Ireland emerged victorious from their respective qualifying groups.

Poland’s U17 football team is set to compete in the European Championship this May. The tournament will run from May 17th to June 2nd, and the Poles will be hoping to recapture the success they had 30 years ago when they won the European Championship in the U16 category. In more recent years, they have garnered medals four times, including a third-place finish in 2012.
