The Central Examination Board in Poland has announced the schedule for this year’s high school graduation exams, commonly known as “Matura.” The written exams will take place from May 7th to May 24th, with oral exams following until May 25th. Here’s a breakdown of the schedule and procedures
Written Exams: May 7th to May 24th
The written exams commence on May 7th with Polish language at the basic level, followed by various subjects throughout the following weeks, including mathematics, foreign languages, and sciences.
Oral Exams: May 11th to May 25th
Schools will independently schedule oral exams within this period, covering a range of subjects.
Additional Exam Sessions
For students unable to participate in the main exams due to health or unforeseen circumstances, an additional session is scheduled from June 3rd to June 17th for written exams and June 10th to June 12th for oral exams.
The results of this year’s Matura exams will be announced on July 9th, incorporating both the main May session, the additional June session, and the retake session scheduled for August 20th and 21st. Results for the retake exams will be released on September 10th.
