    The Naval Academy in Gdynia and Airbus Helicopters in Poland signed a cooperation agreement on Wednesday. It includes internships for students and academic staff of the Academy, as well as collaboration on research, technological projects, and implementation of doctoral programs.
    The agreement, signed on Wednesday, involves joint efforts in implementing projects for the development of science and industry, according to Dr. Agata Załęska-Fornal, the Vice-Dean for Education and Student Affairs at the Faculty of Mechanical-Electrical Engineering of the Naval Academy. The document was signed by the university’s rector, Rear Admiral Prof. Tomasz Szubrycht, and the president of Airbus Helicopters Poland, Tomasz Krysiński. The agreement encompasses training projects for students and academic staff, collaboration on research and technological projects conducted at Airbus facilities in Łódź. Representatives of the university indicate that it also paves the way for organizing joint seminars, conferences, lectures on helicopter technology by Airbus Helicopters experts, industrial internships for lecturers and students, and collaboration on doctoral studies related to ongoing development projects.
