TV Republika is the leading television news broadcaster. The next positions are held by TVN24 and TVP Info. Fourth place is taken by wPolsce24. These figures come from the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) for March 2026.
In March 2026, TV Republika remained the leader among news programs in Poland, with an audience of 299,375 viewers. TVN24 ranked second with approximately 285,000 viewers. The remaining stations recorded significantly lower results – TVP Info, currently in liquidation, placed third with 104,921 viewers, followed by wPolsce24 and Polsat News, both with audiences below 100,000.
How is viewership measured?
“The data presented in the report were compiled based on the results of a study conducted by AGB Nielsen Media Research. They include a list of the 20 television programs with the highest number of viewers, a ranking of news programs, and the top 20 news broadcasts by viewership in March 2026. In the case of recurring broadcasts, the edition with the highest viewership was taken into account. The analysis uses the following indicators: AMR (Average Minute Rating), the average minute audience of a broadcast or program, and SHR% (Audience Share), the percentage share of viewers of a given program among all people watching television at that time. The data are based on measurements of audiences watching the program live,”
