VIP lounge scandal. More shocking facts come to light

Further reports have emerged regarding the “VIP lounge” at the Southern Hospital in Warsaw. As revealed by Marcin Dobski, a journalist with TV Republika, the chairman of the hospital’s supervisory board is Robert Kempa, the mayor of Ursynów. According to his findings, the politician completed an MBA program at the well-known Collegium Humanum.

In turn, the CEO of TV Republika, Tomasz Sakiewicz, stated that the station has obtained accounts from witnesses “who saw that patients at the Southern Hospital were left without water while politicians from Civic Platform (PO) were being admitted to VIP lounges.”

People with the right connections were allegedly admitted to the Emergency Department of the Southern Hospital in Warsaw outside the standard queue. Some patients were sent for examinations just minutes after registration, while others had to wait several hours.

The scheme was reportedly organized by Dawid Kacprzyk, a young doctor without a specialization, who coordinated the work of the emergency department. According to media reports, he was responsible for creating an informal “VIP lounge” intended for politicians from Civic Platform (PO) and individuals from their close circles. Among the patients identified so far are Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska and her husband, as well as Ewa Malinowska-Grupińska. Journalists indicate that the list of names may be much longer.

New information on the matter was also presented by Marcin Dobski of TV Republika. He pointed out that Robert Kempa serves as chairman of the Southern Hospital’s supervisory board and recalled that Kempa completed an MBA at Collegium Humanum. After the scandal involving the university broke, he lost his position, but later obtained another MBA degree from a different institution and returned to the hospital’s supervisory board.

The journalist also highlighted personal connections in other Warsaw medical facilities. He noted that the president of the Praga Hospital is Andrzej Golimont, whose ties to Czesław Kiszczak were widely discussed as early as the 1990s. Golimont reportedly referred to the former head of the communist Ministry of Internal Affairs as his “boss”, and the two collaborated on publications and book outlines concerning the backstage of the Round Table Talks and meetings in Magdalenka.

“Do you think there is no fast track for politicians at the Praga Hospital?” Dobski asked.

The CEO of TV Republika, Tomasz Sakiewicz, also commented on the scandal. In a post on X, he stated that the station had reached witnesses “who saw that patients at the Southern Hospital were left without water while politicians from Civic Platform (PO) were being admitted to VIP lounges.”
