    Why Polish Businesses Are Hesitant About Artificial Intelligence

    While global adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) rises, Polish companies focus on basic automation. Research by Mizzox, covering 15,000 small and medium enterprises, shows that 78% prioritize document management, and 20% emphasize payment efficiency. These simple tools save up to 20% of time without requiring retraining or major workflow changes.

    Nearly half of employees in Poland hesitate to admit AI usage to their bosses, fearing judgment or accusations of dishonesty. Despite this, workers express a growing interest in improving their AI skills, highlighting a gap between curiosity and confidence in the technology.

    Although three-quarters of Polish adults recognize the term AI, only 15% feel they understand it well. According to ARC Rynek i Opinia, less than 20% use AI in their jobs. KPMG reports that just 28% of Polish businesses have adopted AI, though 30% plan to do so soon.
