The fake news’ campaign concerning medical staff’s salaries, which is led by the opposition, is misplaced – wrote Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki on Sunday on his Facebook’s profile.
‘I recall the members of the opposition that the aim of the regulation was and is to ensure an additional 100 per cent of salary for physicians seconded to work by voivodes. All the other who works at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19 in second and third level’s hospitals, also the paramedics and diagnosticians have the guarantee of additional full paid salary since the 1st November’ – wrote Prime Minister.
Mateusz Morawiecki added that he made this decision in agreement with the Minister of Health Adam Niedzielski a month ago.
‘The November’s payments are going to be paid till 10th of December. I ask you not to mislead medical stuff and the whole society. Politicians are to look for solutions and help, not to make chaos and panic’ – he added.
The Minister of Health Adam Niedzielski gave an order to the Chief of the National Health Fund of Poland to pay additional 100 per cent of salary to medical stuff which works at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19 together with paramedics and diagnosticians on the 1st of November. The order entered into force as from the date of signing.
