    Paweł Mucha appointed advisor to the president of the central bank

    Paweł Mucha became an advisor to the President of the National Bank of Poland Adam Glapiński, acting deputy Director of the NBP communication and promotion department Jacek Majcherek confirmed in an interview with PAP (Polish Press Agency). Mucha previously served as the deputy Head of the Polish President’s Office.

     

    On Monday, the presidential office announced that President Andrzej Duda, by decisions of December 28, 2020, changed the leadership of the Polish President’s Office: on January 4, he appointed Piotr Ćwik, the current secretary of state in the Office to the position of deputy Head of the Office. Paweł Mucha, who has held this function so far, was appointed from January 1 to the position of social advisor to the president – we read in the announcement on the website of the Polish President’s Office.
