Wishes on the occasion of the upcoming Easter were submitted by the head of the Ministry of National Defense, Mariusz Błaszczak, President Andrzej Duda and his wife Agata Kornhauser-Duda, who expressed hope to defeat the pandemic.
“I would prefer to meet you directly, to be able to express these wishes to soldiers, military employees and families,” said the president during a teleconference organized on Wednesday with the commanding staff of the Polish Army.
“I would like very much this holidays were for you full of hope and that we wiould be able to defeat the coronavirus pandemic together and that we would be able to spend the next holidays together and personally wish the best to each other,” added Kornhauser-Duda.
Wishes were also given by the head of the Ministry of National Defense, Mariusz Błaszczak.
“I would like to thank all of you for your difficult service, because this year was a challenge for all of us, and the soldiers of the Polish Army were in the front line of those who helped the victims of the coronavirus,” noted the minister.
