Former boxer Vitali Klitschko and his brother Wladimir Klitschko said they would actively defend their country. Klitschko said that he intended to defend the capital, like the other inhabitants of the city.
“I believe in Ukraine, I believe in my country, I believe in my compatriots,” said Klitschko.
Although the photos posted on the Internet are probably old, the Klitschko brothers have decided to defend Kyiv.
“The Ukrainian people are strong. And it will remain true to itself in this terrible ordeal. A people longing for sovereignty and peace. A people who consider the Russian people their brothers. It knows that they basically do not want this war,” Klitschko wrote on Twitter.
