In Forestry Services Jabłonna in Masovian Voivodeship, the Ministry of Climate and Environment members together with Secretary of State Edward Siarka plant trees in the interest of the Polish National Forests.
The purpose of this symbolic action is to remind people that forests are our natural allies in the fight against the effects of climate change. They provide us with oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide, and are also a habitat for many species of plants and animals. Communing with nature has a positive effect on our condition and well-being.

To add to this, the activities promoting National Forests started a week ago. For example, on May 11 the opening of an exhibition “We have been serving forests and people for 100 years – the Polish model of forest management” took place in the Sejm Commission building. The exhibition presents the achievements of Polish forestry and activities undertaken to protect nature through sustainable forest management.

Surprisingly, communing with nature is not a very complicated practice. The first step is to go outdoors and attune yourself. The abundant life is already there and we only need to go deeper and explore its natural extraordinary beauty and vitality. This is a kind of energy that can change the inside of you and can be found everywhere outside, e.g., in forests, parks, or even in your garden.
