On Tuesday (June 7), the unexploded ordnance was found in the river in Braniewo (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship). The 9th Armoured Cavalry Brigade in Braniewo recorded a short video of the detonation.
Sappers from the 9th Armoured Cavalry Brigade in Braniewo in cooperation with a group of divers from Gdynia excavated an unexploded bomb from the Pasleka River in Braniewo on Tuesday (June 7). The dangerous finding turned out to be an aerial bomb weighing around 250kg dating back to World War II.
