Six civilians were killed in the last 24 hours as a result of the Russian attacks in Bakhmut in the Donetsk Oblast. In Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region, two people died and seven were injured. There were also explosions at a Belarusian military airport. The United Kingdom and Denmark announced another tranche of military aid for Ukraine.
Last night, more targets in Ukraine came under Russian fire. One of the missiles fell on Kramatorsk in the Donetsk Oblast, 20 kilometres from the nearest front line.
The missiles also hit civilian targets in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast in the south-eastern part of Ukraine. President Zelensky appealed to the inhabitants of the occupied territories to inform the authorities about the enemy forces and people who were helping the Russians. He also stressed that the territories currently occupied would be liberated.
