EU parliament debates for hours in order to prevent investigation into Russian influence in Poland

In a final judgment, the ECJ has found that the reform of the Polish judiciary in December 2019 violates EU law because judicial independence and impartiality are not respected. The ECJ thus upheld the complaint brought by the European in April 2021.
