Poland’s Education Minister, Przemysław Czarnek, recently voiced strong opposition to these proposed changes, claiming that they could lead to the EU’s downfall within the next decade. Czarnek argued that such alterations infringe upon the union’s fundamental principles and even Poland’s constitution.
EU’s Controversial Proposals

Czarnek expressed concerns over the potential erosion of human rights and national sovereignty and warned against any forced integration that might harm Poland’s interests. While a united opposition led by former Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk is a possibility, it faces significant political challenges, including a lack of constitutional majority.
