“Shortly after a many-hour interrogation by the prosecutor Wrzosek, “driven insane by hatred,” and lawyers from Giertych’s stable, the late Barbara Skrzypek passed away. Now, agents sent by people linked to Żurek have caused a heart attack in a witness in the case of the Profeto Foundation and Fr. Michał Olszewski,” notes former Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro.
As attorney Krzysztof Wąsowski reported, on Friday at 6 a.m., officers of the Internal Security Agency arrived at an associate of the Profeto Foundation and searched for evidence in a case that is already in court.
“Despite the INDICTMENT being FILED with the COURT (many months ago) – meaning the INVESTIGATION WAS CLOSED – the infamous #InvestigationTeamNo2 is harassing witnesses,”
Wąsowski wrote on X.
He added that the man subjected to the investigative actions suffered a heart attack during them and was taken to a hospital, where he must undergo serious cardiac surgery.

Former Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro pointed out that this situation resembles the interrogation of Barbara Skrzypek, a former associate of Jarosław Kaczyński.
“Shortly after a many-hour interrogation by prosecutor Wrzosek, ‘driven insane by hatred,’ and lawyers from Giertych’s stable, the late Barbara Skrzypek passed away. Now, agents sent by people linked to Żurek have caused a heart attack in a witness in the case of the #Profeto Foundation and Fr. Michał Olszewski. In a case where the indictment is already in court, and the investigation was closed long ago,”
Ziobro wrote on X.
“And during the construction of a center for crime victims, the cost per square meter was almost ten times lower than in the museum built at the same time by Trzaskowski. And in the second case, no investigation to this day,”
he pointed out.
