Death toll rises to 40 – Russian strike on an apartment complex in Dnipro, Ukraine

The victims of the Russian missile attack on an apartment building in the town of Dniepr are currently being counted. 25 people were killed and more than 70 were injured. Many people are still missing. Over the past 24 hours, Russians have bombed Soledar more than 100 times. Our correspondent, Witold Newelicz is in Lviv, in the west of Ukraine.
