Donald Tusk is threatening the Polish state — warns Tomasz Sakiewicz. According to the editor-in-chief of TV Republika, the Prime Minister is allegedly planning, together with Roman Giertych, to forcibly take over the Supreme Court and block decisions concerning the validity of the presidential election. “Donald Tusk is already calling for a violent coup!” Sakiewicz claims, urging the Sejm to immediately dismiss the Prime Minister.
They Plan to Assault Court Chambers
Speaking on TV Republika, editor-in-chief Tomasz Sakiewicz expressed no doubt that Donald Tusk’s actions and his suggestion to “behave decently just in case” are laying the groundwork for illegal moves aimed at blocking the Supreme Court’s procedure for validating the presidential election results.
“Something has leaked to us. It’s supposed to look like this: groups organised by Tusk and Giertych, with the help of the police and special services, are to seize the Supreme Court. Then they’re supposed to steal files or find judges who will issue rulings according to the wishes of this clique and block the election. That would mean an attempt to overpower court security and to storm court chambers,” revealed Sakiewicz.
Will Poland Be Left Without a Head of State?
Editor-in-Chief Sakiewicz warned that the consequences of the alleged plans could be catastrophic for the constitutional order of the Republic. He emphasised that this is an attempt to invalidate lawful elections and physically seize control of the Supreme Court.
“Poland could soon be left without a head of state, in violation of the Constitution. They’ll be looking for a new Speaker, because Hołownia will be removed (…). By tomorrow, we could be without a functioning Polish state, because if the Supreme Court is destroyed, if the election of the President of the Republic of Poland is annulled by force, we will be deprived of a democratic Polish state (…). We will then be treated like Belarus,” he said on TV Republika.
A Call to Dismiss Tusk
According to Sakiewicz, the situation is so serious that it requires immediate action from the parliament.
“Donald Tusk is already calling for a violent coup! The Polish Sejm should convene, and Donald Tusk should be immediately dismissed from the office of Prime Minister. I appeal to Speaker Hołownia to immediately remove this man from the premiership, because something terrible could happen tomorrow,” he stated emphatically.
Tomasz Sakiewicz did not hide the dramatic nature of the situation, comparing the current actions of the government to the times of martial law.
“We are already almost at the point where Jaruzelski once was — the only difference is that they’re not shooting yet,” he concluded.
The president of TV Republika appealed to all members of the Gazeta Polska Clubs, as well as patriots concerned about the fate of Poland, to appear on Friday at 9:00 a.m. in front of the Supreme Court on Krasiński Square in Warsaw, to defend this institution from the designs of Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Minister Adam Bodnar, and Roman Giertych.
