Member state ambassadors to the European Union have agreed to adopt the 9th package of sanctions against Russia for its aggression against Ukraine. Meanwhile, today at dawn, an anti-aircraft alert was issued across Ukraine. Russia again attacked with missiles, fired from aircraft and ships in the Black Sea.
