Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MSZ) announced its intention to demand explanations from the Russian Federation regarding another violation of the country’s airspace.
MSZ Spokesperson Paweł Wroński, in a statement, asserted that “Poland will demand explanations from the Russian Federation regarding another violation of the country’s airspace.”
Concerns Over Russian Air Attacks on Ukraine
Wroński emphasized, “Primarily, we call on the Russian Federation to cease terrorist attacks from the air on the residents and territory of Ukraine and to end the war, focusing on addressing the country’s internal issues.”
Condolences to Victims and Condemnation of Terrorism
“We express our condolences to the victims of Russian bombings and their families. The Republic of Poland condemns all forms of terrorism and attempts to revise borders by force,” Wroński wrote.
Ukrainian Defense Activated Due to Russian Rocket Attack
Authorities in the Lviv region reported a Russian rocket attack overnight, prompting the activation of air defense systems. Air raid alerts are in effect across Ukraine following the launch of maneuvering missiles by Tu-95MS strategic bombers.
