Poland submits official request to Germany for the re-export of tanks to Ukraine

Poland is the main proponent of the delivery of Leopard tanks to Ukraine, and earlier today a formal request was sent to Germany for the possibility of donating them to our neighbors fighting the Russian invasion. Currently, there is no agreement on the issue in the German government. Meanwhile, Ukraine urgently needs these powerful tanks to fend off an expected new Russian offensive.
