The week in Poland begins with gloomy skies and rain, accompanied by chilly temperatures and frosty nights. However, there’s a silver lining as warmer weather gradually makes its way into the country from Tuesday onwards.
Chilly Start, Brighter Days Ahead
Monday marks a cloudy start with rain showers, possibly mixed with snow in mountainous regions. Thunderstorms may occur, particularly in the south and east, with temperatures ranging from 5°C to 10°C. Overnight, frost is expected nationwide, reaching as low as -3°C, with even colder temperatures in the Carpathian foothills.
Transition to Sunshine
Tuesday continues with cloud cover and rain in the northeast, but the rest of the country can expect sunny spells. Temperatures range from 7°C to 11°C, with no frost expected overnight. Winds will be moderate, with gusts reaching higher speeds in western and southern regions.
Warmth and Sunshine Prevail
By Wednesday, sunny skies and warmer weather dominate, with temperatures climbing to 10°C to 18°C. Winds remain moderate but may strengthen at times, especially in hilly areas and along the coast.
Easter Outlook
Thursday and Friday bring temporary increases in cloud cover, with passing showers. However, Friday afternoon sees clearing skies and diminishing rainfall. Temperatures rise significantly, reaching up to 20°C.
Easter Weekend Delight
Both Saturday and Sunday promise sunny and very warm weather, perfect for Easter celebrations. Temperatures range from 5°C to 12°C at night and 11°C to 24°C during the day. Winds will be gentle to moderate, except for sporadic gusts in northern and southern regions.
