“This whole circus of debates today, orchestrated by the main organizer – Rafał Trzaskowski – is proof that Poland is no longer a democracy in the true sense, but rather a combative democracy,” said Karol Nawrocki, the civic presidential candidate supported by the Law and Justice party (PiS), during the Presidential Debate in Końskie.
Trzaskowski Is a Coward
During the debate, Karol Nawrocki criticized Rafał Trzaskowski for what he called a farce in how Trzaskowski’s team handled the organization of the debate. He warned that “we are witnessing a prelude to what will happen on May 18, as the state broadcaster only invites those who serve its interests, while Rafał Trzaskowski is only willing to speak with three TV stations, not five.”
“This is something that not only breaks Polish law, but also proves, once again, that we cannot allow a coward to become the commander-in-chief of the armed forces,” Nawrocki emphasized.
The civic candidate also stated his opposition to the EU migration pact, the construction of integration centers for illegal migrants, and the distribution of financial aid to illegal migrants
