    [UPDATE] Madeira 2022: Outstanding Swimming Performance of Polish Paralympians!

    Since the beginning of the Madeira 2022 Para Swimming World Championships that takes place from 12-18 June 2022, Polish swimmers have won two silver and two brown medals! Kamil Otowski joined Oliwia Jabłońska and Jacek Czech on the podium!

    [UPDATE]  Jacek Czech won a silver medal in 50m backstroke (S2)! Poles never fail to amaze the audience! Congratulations!

     

    [UPDATE]  Kamil Otowski won a bronze medal in 200m freestyle (S2)! He fought for the podium with the Greek Makrodimitris. Fortunately, his opponent finally lost his strength and Kamil managed to push to the end and win! A great outcome of this race is a nice change from the previous struggle during the 100m backstroke race when Otowski took 4th place. Congratulations!

     

     

    Madeira, an autonomous region of Portugal, is an archipelago comprising four islands of the northwest coast of Africa. It is known for its namesake wine and warm subtropical climate, and is also a host of the Madeira 2022 Para Swimming World Championships!

    Oliwia Jabłońska won a silver medal in 400 m freestyle (S10)! Only Hungarian Bianka Pap was better!

    On 100 m backstroke (S2) with a life record of 2: 02.05 – Jacek Czech!
    On the 4th place – Kamil Otowski! 

     

    Today our players will present themselves in Madeira in two final races:
    19:01 – Michał Golus 100 m freestyle (S8)
    20:03 – Kamil Otowski 200m freestyle (S2)
