230 years ago, on November 4, 1794, Russian forces suppressing the Kościuszko Uprising carried out a massacre of the civilian population of Warsaw’s Praga district. The estimated number of victims of this crime is 20,000 people.
120 years ago, on November 13, 1904, in Grzybowski Square in Warsaw, the Combat Organization of the Polish Socialist Party clashed for the first time with Russian military units.
