    Varenyky made by Ukrainian refugees will satisfy Silesian residents’ taste

    There are potatoes and curd. The demand is huge. Actually, they are Ukrainian dumplings, made by several Ukrainian women in the Hotel and Gastronomy School Complex in Bytom.

    The women have fled from a war-torn country. Ola, Inna, Julia, Natalia, Iryna, Maria and Ola, who have found shelter in Bytom, have started an action together with the municipality of Bytom and the restaurant Zelter, in which they will make and sell dumplings.

     

    The Hotel and Gastronomy School Complex in Bytom provided the Ukrainian housewives with the kitchen and the necessary equipment. Thanks to the collaboration of the local restaurant Zelter, you can buy delicious homemade Varenyky from Tuesday to Friday during opening hours.

     

    In the meantime, according to the portal bytom.com, the ladies have promised to continue the campaign and to expand the menu with more dishes of Ukrainian cuisine, among others Pelmeni or Ukrainian borsch.
