These baseless allegations gained traction swiftly, only to crumble under scrutiny as nothing more than malicious fabrications.

In a bid to address the smear campaign against the esteemed clergyman, his legal counsel, Attorney Krzysztof Wąsowski, took to the airwaves of Telewizja Republika to set the record straight.
“After thorough investigation, it is evident that Father Michał did not return to the monastery as intended. He was in the company of the Profeto crew, engaged in recordings until late at night. With the consent of his superiors, he sought shelter for the night at the residence of an employee. However, it’s crucial to note that the woman in question does not reside alone; there were other individuals present. Father Olszewski merely availed himself of hospitality,”
clarified Attorney Wąsowski.
Addressing the alleged moral scandal concocted by ABW operatives, Wąsowski stated, “When ABW officers arrived at the scene, they encountered a woman present… thus sparking the unfounded allegations of moral impropriety.”
The attorney hinted at potential manipulation orchestrated by the prosecution and ABW, suggesting, “If such salacious details are being leaked, perhaps there’s a concerted effort to embellish and sensationalize events to lend credence to a fabricated narrative of a romantic rendezvous on Holy Tuesday.”
