IMEX Frankfurt Trade Show 2023, organized by the Poland Convention Bureau of the Polish Tourism Organisation, is set to take place in just one week. With the theme of ‘Human Nature,’ the trade show will run from May 23 to 25 in Frankfurt am Main. This year, the Polish stand will showcase a record number of vendors, featuring exciting attractions like Musical Mornings and Musical Happy Hour.
IMEX in Frankfurt is a renowned trade show that brings together over 3,000 professionals involved in event planning and organization, connecting them with more than 2,500 vendors from around the world.
The Poland Convention Bureau, in collaboration with the PTO International Office in Berlin, supports Poland’s events industry. The national stand will present business offers from various organizations, including ICE Kraków Congress Centre, Creative Poland, DMC Poland, LOT Polish Airlines, and many more.
Aneta Książek, the director of the Poland Convention Bureau, highlights the focus on sensory marketing at this year’s IMEX. The goal is to create positive emotions and experiences for visitors by engaging their senses of sight, hearing, smell, touch, and taste. Audiomarketing will play a significant role, with Musical Mornings and a specially composed promotional song featuring Polish vocalist Basia Giewont and Scottish musician Brian Allan.
In addition to audiomarketing, smell and taste are considered vital in building trust. Visitors can enjoy aromatic and energizing coffees at the professional coffee bar and explore premium quality local Polish products during the Happy Hour.
