Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki met with Avril Haines, U.S. Director of National Intelligence, on November 19. The conversation took place at the request of the U.S. side, and the participants agreed on the need for close cooperation on security on NATO’s eastern flank.
In addition to meeting with Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Ms. Haines also spoke with the Minister of Interior and Administration, Coordinator of Special Services Mariusz Kaminski, Minister of National Defense Mariusz Blaszczak. In the National Security Bureau, she also met with representatives of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland led by the Head of the President’s Office Paweł Szrot.
