The Russian Navy has commenced large-scale strategic exercises across multiple regions, including the Pacific, Arctic Ocean, Mediterranean, Baltic, and Caspian Seas, according to a statement from Russia’s Ministry of Defense on Tuesday. The drills will involve over 400 vessels, including submarines, and around 90,000 troops.
The exercises aim to assess the Navy’s command readiness in coordinating forces and utilizing precision weaponry. Additionally, the maneuvers will enhance cooperation with naval forces from partner nations, as stated by the Ministry of Defense.
