Extreme weather phenomena in the world. 13 people have died and dozens are considered missing as a result of torrential rains in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. In India, extreme heat has already killed more than 100 people and more than a thousand have been admitted to hospital. Elsewhere, more than 4 million hectares of forest have already burned in Canada.
