Patriotic Fire Under Threat: Young Poles Rally Against Government Actions

A recent police raid on the offices of the Independence March Association has ignited a fierce response from young Polish nationalists. The raid, reportedly ordered by the prosecutor’s office, targeted the homes of Robert Bąkiewicz and Mateusz Marzoch before focusing on the association’s headquarters. This sparked an outcry among youth gathered at the scene, who vowed to defend the March of Independence, a symbol of Polish patriotism.

    Call to Resist Government Actions

The young patriots expressed deep concern over what they perceive as a political attack on their values. Addressing Adam Bodnar and Donald Tusk, they urged the government to step back and allow the Independence March to proceed. “We will not let the flame of Polish patriotism be extinguished,” one of them declared, calling on fellow citizens to protest in large numbers on November 11th.

The protesters see the police actions as part of a broader political game, accusing the current government of undermining Poland’s constitution and national ideals. “What we are witnessing is an attempt to destroy Poland,” another speaker argued, pointing to the use of state power for political gain. The situation remains tense as the November 11th march approaches.
