The President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda and the President of Poland Andrzej Duda visited Kyiv and met with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as a sign of solidarity with Ukraine. – We appeal to Russia for peace – Andrzej Duda stressed during the joint conference.
“The President of Lithuania and I have come to Kyiv as a sign of solidarity with Ukraine. The principle should apply: “Nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine”; We appeal to Russia to find peace. The European security system is collapsing; is a test for the unity of the EU and NATO. We must stop Russia’s neo-imperial policy,” spoke the Polish President in Kyiv.
“Poland calls on Russia to put an end to illegal acts that violate international law. De-escalation and withdrawal of troops around Ukraine. Ukraine deserves EU candidate status,” stressed Andrzej Duda.
