Drones and missiles will not help Russia, because Ukrainians are united and Russians are isolated, President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an evening speech on Sunday. He said that Ukrainian forces downed 45 Iranian drones on New Year’s night. Russia’s defence ministry confirmed earlier reports of a Ukrainian attack with Himars missiles on the site of a Russian unit in occupied Makeyevka, in the Donetsk region.
