Earlier in February, construction of similar defences began on the border with the Russian Kaliningrad region. Even earlier, at the beginning of November last year, the army started building a temporary concertina barrier on the Polish-Russian border. The structure is being erected at the request of the Border Guard.
Since November 2020, the military has put up a temporary concertina fence on the Polish-Russian border following a request from the Border Guard. At the start of February, Lt.
